Emilie Simon

Girl musician from France often presented as the "French Björk" because she have his own world composed by original sounds. She has worked with Avril, helping each other doing their first album and remixing each other. She released her first eponyme album in 2003 with the hits Desert and Flowers and received an award during the Victoire de la Musique for it. Then she wrote the Original Soundtrack for the documentary The Emperor's March, which had an oscar in 2006. She recently released her last album Vegetal which is still in her way to produce music.
